 5 T's of early cyanosis: Tetralogy, Truncus, Total anomalous, Transposition, Tricuspid atresia.


Causes of post-op fever 5 W's:
1) Wind- RTI (in 48 hrs)
2) Wound- Infection at surgical site
3)Water- Thrombophlebitis at IV access site
4)Walk- DVT due to immobilisation
5)Whiz- UTI if cathetrized
